The process below will help assure

that you get exactly the plaque that you want !

 

First, send me basic information about your plaque by email or by using the contact form.  If you have a logo or other graphic that you would like to use, attach it to the contact form.  Vector-formatted logos are preferred, but send what you have, and I'll do my best to make it work.  Vector-format is usually an .ai or .eps file (some .pdf files may be vector as well.)

If you're in the Raleigh, NC area, I would be happy to come by and help you determine what type and size plaque might be best for your location.  I can even take a photo and show you what your plaque will look like once it's installed.    If you're anywhere else, send a photo and some basic measurements of the area to which the plaque is to be attached, and I'll try to do the same thing for you!

There are many plaque options, including choosing bronze or aluminum, border styles, background textures and colors, optional screw covers, and mounting methods.  If you would like to specify them in your initial contact, it will speed up the design process.

 

If your plaque is to be mounted on a post rather than on a wall, let me know what kind of post you have in mind, or I can furnish pre-made ground mounts along with the plaque.  These allow for easy assembly and installation.

I will email a FREE, no-obligation rendering for preliminary approval, usually within one business day.

Let me know if there are changes you would like to see.  Otherwise, upon preliminary approval, a professionally-rendered final layout will be emailed for approval, along with a price quote, including charges for shipping to an address you specify.  Check the layout proof carefully before approving — once a plaque is made, there's no way to make any changes!

is expected at the time order is placed.

 

Purchase orders may be accepted

from municipalities and some private companies.

Shipping is usually by UPS ground service from the foundry.  Longview Graphics does not manufacture the plaques, but provides design and layout services, and then sends the final artwork to an independent metal foundry for production in the United States.  Your plaque will be carefully packaged to assure that you receive it in perfect condition, ready for installation.  Tracking numbers will be sent to you once the shipment is made.
