Cast vs. Precision Tooled We offer two distinct production methods to fit your aesthetic and budget:

Cast Plaques: The traditional method where molten metal is poured into a mold. This creates a classic look with deeper depth, ideal for outdoor historic signage.

Precision Tooled (Machined): The background is carved out of a solid metal block. This offers sharper, crisper lettering and is often more affordable than casting. It is an excellent choice for donor walls and interior plaques.
